1. What is SOGME?

2. How does SOGME work?
Enter your dates and city, compare available vehicles based on your budget and needs, choose the one that suits you, and make your reservation. The request is then sent to the agency for validation to ensure the availability of the chosen vehicle.
3. Who can use SOGME?
Anyone with a valid driving license can use SOGME, subject to the conditions set by partner agencies.
4. How do I create an account?
Quick registration from the app or the SOGME website by providing your personal information and driving license for validation.
5. What types of vehicles are available?
SOGME offers a wide range of transportation:
- City cars, sedans, SUVs, family cars
- Premium and luxury vehicles
- Commercial vehicles
- Motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters and bicycles
6. How do I book a vehicle?
Book online by selecting:
- Dates and times
- Pickup location (agency, airport, train station...)
- Return location if different
- Desired options
7. How does payment work?
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. It is fully refunded if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the rental.
The remaining payment is made directly to the agency when the keys are handed over. The reservation must be accepted by the agency to guarantee vehicle availability.
8. Are all fees included?
Yes, the price displayed at the time of booking always corresponds to the total reservation amount (taxes, options and fees included). No additional charges will be added when picking up the vehicle.
9. Where to pick up and return the vehicle?
Location indicated in the listing:
- Agency
- Airport
- Train station
- Location agreed with the agency
Details are to be confirmed up to 72 hours before your arrival.
10. What are the terms of use?
Terms vary by agency and are communicated directly by the professional.
11. Fuel policy
The vehicle is handed over with a fuel level indicated during the inspection and must be returned with the same level.
12. Are the vehicles insured?
All vehicles have mandatory comprehensive insurance. An excess imposed by the renter's insurance may apply in case of a claim. Agencies only charge the actual amount of damages found. Some agencies offer excess buyback options.
13. How does the security deposit work?
A security deposit is required according to the agency's terms.
No amount can be charged without proof of damage. If no damage is found, the deposit is returned.
14. When is the security deposit released?
If no damage is found, the agency immediately cancels the pre-authorization upon vehicle return. The processing time then depends on your bank.
If the deposit is not released after 15 business days, SOGME can intervene as a mediator but will not be the decision-maker.
15. Can I modify or extend my reservation?
Any modification requires a new reservation on SOGME with the new dates.
16. Late return fees
Fees may only be applied if the agency has informed you in advance.
17. What to do if there's a problem during the rental?
Contact the agency or SOGME customer service immediately.
18. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup for all reservations.
19. Is SOGME available everywhere?
Available in major cities. If your city is not listed, contact customer service for a personalized search.
20. Sharing a reservation
Only drivers authorized by the agency may use the vehicle.
21. Required documents
Generally:
- Valid driving license
- Passport or ID card
Some additional documents may be requested before the rental.
22. Minimum age
Rental available from age 21. Additional fee possible for drivers under 25 (communicated in advance).

Yes, SOGME does not practice vehicle substitution with a "similar" vehicle. Any change must be agreed with you in advance.
27. How to do the vehicle inspection?
Via the SOGME app:
- Walk around the vehicle
- Take photos of any existing damage
- Record them in the app
This evidence prevents any disputes upon return.
